Welcome, new PepsiCo customer!

We are pleased that you’ve chosen to partner with us, and we look forward to serving your beverage needs.

Below is some of the key information you’ll need to provide to continue the activation process and will ultimately enable you to purchase products. It’s quick and easy. So let’s get started!

1. Is your organization tax-exempt?

Operators that resell PepsiCo beverages can submit documentation for tax exemption. You will need to do this at least two weeks prior to your first delivery in order to avoid being taxed.

Tax exempt form is NOT required from these states: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon.

Maine, Florida, and Washington require a copy of Resale Certificates issued by their State Department of Revenue. Louisiana requires a copy of Resale Certificates issue by their State Department of Revenue that lists the parish in which the business resides.

2. Choose your payment terms

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. Find an option that makes sense for you.

Credit approval is required for these options:

  • Pre-Authorized Debit/Auto-draft (PAD): PepsiCo debits your bank account for prior month’s deliveries
  • ACH/EFT: You initiate a transfer to PepsiCo’s bank account
  • My PepsiCo View (MPV): You pay invoices online via PepsiCo’s online payment system using checking account information
  • AdHoc PAD/Pay-by-phone: PepsiCo initiates a draft from your checking account
  • Mail: You pay with a paper check to lockbox

Credit approval is NOT required for these options:

  • Driver Payment: You pay delivery driver with check or money order upon delivery (cash not accepted)
  • Electronic Check Payment (E-Check): You authorize automatic payment from your bank account

3. Complete your PepsiCo credit application (if required)

If you’ve already received your credit application email, great! Simply click here to learn how you can fill out your application.

If you haven’t received the email, please click here to request it. Provide the email address of the person responsible for filling out your credit application. A unique link will be provided and available for 14 days to allow you to submit for PepsiCo credit.

After your credit application is submitted and approved, you’ll receive a “Welcome Call” to let you know. If you haven’t been approved after 10 days, please contact us at PBCNationalAccountActivation@pepsico.com.

Note: PepsiCo partners with Billtrust for credit application processing so please add @billtrust.com to your approved list to prevent automatic spam deletion and ensure that you receive important emails from this address in the future.

4. Access My PepsiCo View (if eligible)

Once your credit application has been approved, you’ll be able to sign up for access to My PepsiCo View (MPV) . Through this portal, you can check statements, download proof of delivery, make payments, and more.
